Design History

Design finished in intense red, black, and white, conveying an aggressive and energetic road style. It features the large number “20” on the sides and rear, accompanied by geometric graphics in contrasting tones that reinforce its sporty character. The iconic Monster Energy logos in fluorescent green add a vibrant and recognizable touch, while the HJC emblem on the front and top completes the helmet's competitive aesthetic.

Outer Shell

• Shell made with premium matrix and integrated P.I.M. EVO: Reinforcement materials including carbon fiber and aramid with natural fibers provide greater impact resistance, more comfort, and lightness to the helmet.
• The aerodynamic shell structure is designed to deliver extreme performance at maximum speeds, thanks to its profile and rear spoiler which have undergone rigorous wind tunnel testing.

Ventilation

• ACS ventilation system consisting of 4 air intakes and 3 exhaust vents for excellent airflow inside the helmet through strategic channeling that allows hot air to be evacuated quickly. Adjustable intakes on the front and top with a reduced profile that lowers noise.

Visor

• HJ-42 visor is wider to offer a broad peripheral field of vision. Provides 99% UV protection and features anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings. Pinlock® ready (included).
• The visor action system provides smooth ratchet movement and improved sealing and noise reduction with a 2-way system.
• The visor mechanism allows quick and tool-free mounting and removal.

Interior

• Inner padding made of advanced antibacterial fabric that provides better comfort during long sessions and excellent moisture and sweat evacuation thanks to its quick-drying properties. The crown and cheek pads are fully removable and washable.
• Emergency cheek pad removal system allows quick and easy removal of the padding in case of an accident.
